Meet Me
I’m Belle, the founder of Neuro Bloom Support Services and a Behaviour Support Practitioner passionate about understanding people as whole individuals — their strengths, lived experience, nervous system, relationships, and the environments that shape their lives.
As someone with ADHD and lived experience of mental health challenges, I bring empathy, authenticity, and a strong commitment to creating safe, non-judgemental spaces. My work is grounded in brain-based, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming practice, with a focus on understanding the why behind behaviour and reducing distress through respectful, practical support.
My approach integrates three key frameworks that reflect my values and clinical lens. Together, they allow me to:
Understand behaviour through the brain and nervous system
Work collaboratively to build skills rather than compliance
Support regulation and safety before expectations
A blended approach using: Explained by Brain - Dr Vanessa Spiller, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions - Dr Ross Greene, and the Neurosequential Model- Dr Bruce Perry.
I also provide consulting and training for staff and organisations, supporting confident, compassionate practice through a brain-based and trauma-informed lens.
At Neuro Bloom, my work centres on reducing distress, supporting safety, and building practical strategies that improve quality of life for individuals and their support networks.
